- It oversimplifies people dynamics by ignoring the role of individual differences on people's behaviour in the workplace, and
- It's a red herring as I see people use the generational definitions as a scapegoat to explain and accept trouble in the workplace...rather than directly addressing the interpersonal issues themselves.
